- Responsible for general accounting and admin tasks
- Responsible for sourcing possible suppliers for materials and/or equipment
- Responsible for managing the inflow and outflow of assigned admin budget
- Organize, segregate and encode receipts to the system
- Help maintain supply inventory levels and negotiate deals with potential vendors
- Responsible for conducting regular price comparisons of materials
- Verify purchase orders and billings
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Maintain updated records and internal databases
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Preparation and organization of admin files/documents
- Serve as liaison for any admin related requirements
- Performs duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Skills:
- Must be computer literate and proficient in using email and Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent organization skills
- Extensive Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years of related experience in administrative and purchasing
- Prior work experience related to inventory management, logistics management or any administrative experience will be an advantage
- Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
- Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Willing to do field work
- Knows how to lead and manage people
