Position: Asst. Manager Project Sales / Sr. Executive Business Development
Urgently require male candidates who is Sales & Marketing professional for Exhibitions and Corporate Events Organizer Company.
(Position is Karachi based).
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience required in the field of sales and marketing preferably in Renewable Energy/Solar Industry.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing, or in business administration or a related field. Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics field would be a plus.
Responsibilities
· Fully understand B2B and B2C industry
· Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies – (Exhibitions & Conferences)
· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
· Ability to achieve sales targets.
· Regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure you achieve provided sales targets
· Team Player and understand corporate communications
· Consult market research to assess current trends and Brand awareness
· Managing and retaining relationships with existing and new customers
· Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
· Negotiating with stakeholders
· Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
· Following industry trends locally and internationally
· Drafting and reviewing contracts
· Help organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information to senior/higher management.
· Network with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors and other professionals.
· Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
· Event management, monitor branding applications across the projects
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
· keep up to date with new developments and market trends in the relevant project, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly

- 4 plus years’ experience in sales, marketing and customer services. Successful previous experience as a senior sales representative in exhibition industry or trade event organizer company, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Preferably background of Solar and renewable energy industry.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Ability to understand event management and its marketing strategy.
- Experience with MS Office and Internet Technology.
