Aufgaben

Objective of job
  • to support department:
  • As the OKR Champion in CD department, to organize and drive the bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly OKR planning/review/final grading workshops.
  • Be the OKR key contact person to CIO office, support on regular ITS/C level OKR planning/review meetings and follow up tasks.
  • Admin to the OKR JIRA board, to maintain ITS/CD OKR board setup, user access rights and OKR cycle management.
  • Support smooth collaboration between Digital Hub China and Mercedes-Benz, including but not limited to process optimization and communications.
  • Support Steering Digital Hub & EVolo
  • Steer and monitor hub operations to ensure stable hub resources and positive financial performance.
  • Document and coordinate among internal stakeholders to align hub strategies and performances.
  • Assistant to Director Products, Data & Cyber Security
  • Support ITS/CD E3 day to day operations of the office; Contact person for ITS/CD with internal/external stakeholders; Organize Meetings / Townhall/Events/Workshop/Moving plan.

Job designation
  • Assist ITS/CD E3 in daily operation, including but not limited to calendar management, team meeting arrangement, document/reporting preparation, approval documentation/procedure check and other tasks assigned.
Organize Townhall/Events/Workshop/Moving plan.
Being the coordinator for ITS/CD to HQ, team members, internal&external stake holders.
(Take in charge of Digital One in 2022, budget planning, evnet management& governace.)
  • Facilitating multi-team events like PIs, Scrum of Scrum, Big Room Planning, Retrospectives, Team events
  • As the OKR Champion in CD department, to organize and drive the bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly OKR planning/review/final grading workshops.
  • Support Digital Hub & EVolo steering

Qualifikationen

Qualification
  • Education: Bachelor degree in IT or business related fields
  • Excellent knowhow in agile software development
  • Certification: Ceritified Agile Coach is a must, SAFe SPC certification is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and OKR
  • Experience working cross-functionally with POs, SMs, business leaders and other stakeolders to generate buy in for the agile way of working you are setting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal skills and patience
