Evolve market research and segmentation strategy and develop new channels of sales. Create and implement strategies and plans for lead generation. Identify and resolve gaps in customer expectations versus actual service levels. Conduct strategic sales planning activities.
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions for both Mechanical Job works and Compressor Spare Parts.
2. Develop long-term relationships with clients, by managing and interpreting their requirements.
3. Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
4. Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in the customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
5. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
6. Work on after-sales support services and provide technical backup as required.
7. Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
8. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
9. Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
10. Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
