Position Summary

As a “User Experience & Innovations Lead”, you will play a pivotal role in shaping & integrating the user experience over diverse portfolio of brands, markets and digital ecosystem focusing on B2C, and Healthcare Professional (HCP) solutions. Your extensive experience in UX, CX, and digital strategy will help us create exceptional consumer and HCP journeys and drive business growth.

A Day in the Life of a User Experience & Innovations Lead

  • Co-design, develop, and implement user-centered design strategies across various channels, brands, markets, and platforms, including mobile, web, retail, and emerging technologies
  • Build and optimize specific high-value use cases that have a proven impact on business outcomes
  • Support and lead agency teams in CX/UX/UI activities, including user research, quantitative and qualitative testing, prototyping, and design follow-up for multiple projects
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to establish numerical benchmarks and implement multi-variable tests to optimize user experience and measure the impact of optimization efforts
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including markets, to assess and optimize consumer and HCP journeys, ecosystem integration, touchpoints, and omnichannel strategies
  • Embody digital excellence and establish best practices for UX/CX workflows, ensuring alignment with the market's digital teams or agencies
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across internal and external teams to foster continuous improvement and innovation in UX/CX
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving user expectations to drive innovation and keep the organization at the forefront of UX/CX practices

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field, such as digital strategy, communication, or advertising
  • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on consumer experience, and digital strategy. Experience in professional healthcare is a plus
  • Proven track-record of leading UX and CX initiatives for international brands, with experience in mobile/tablet apps, responsive & adaptive e-commerce platforms, brand sites, augmented & virtual reality experiences, chatbots, voice web, B2B solutions, and point of sales activations
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers or agencies
  • Great knowledge of evolving digital technologies such as AI and being able to assess the impact on existing digital consumer facing solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
