Business Development Manager [Pakistan]


 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing teams in operations and marketing, exploring growth opportunities for the company, establishing relationships with trainers, and building the company's public relations. Your primary focus will be to drive the company's vision of growing and empowering SMEs in Pakistan. This is a crucial role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the coaching, consulting, or professional services industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Knowledge of the SME landscape in Pakistan and familiarity with local business practices are pluses
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams in operations and marketing, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities for the company, both within existing markets and through expansion into new markets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and enhance the company's market position.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trainers, industry experts, and business networks to ensure a pool of qualified coaches for our coaching programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and promote the company's services.
  • Oversee the company's public relations activities, including networking and industry events, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, business coaching methodologies, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach toward achieving business objectives.

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
