- Supervise the Innovation Lab and its resources, ensuring that equipment, tools, and supplies are well-maintained, organized, and up-to-date.
- Manage access and membership to the lab, overseeing the onboarding process for new members and ensuring that all participants adhere to lab policies and guidelines.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for lab equipment, processes, and projects, ensuring that data is readily available and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
- Actively participate in research and experimentation efforts within the lab, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and breakthroughs in IT technology, robotics, 3D printing, and other relevant fields.
- Foster a creative, collaborative, and inclusive environment within the lab, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of lab activities and initiatives, gathering feedback from members and stakeholders to continuously improve the lab's operations and offerings.
- Assist in the procurement and installation of new equipment, software, and other resources, ensuring that the lab remains at the cutting edge of technological advancements.
- Coordinate with external partners and industry experts, establishing relationships that can support the lab's objectives and provide additional resources for research and development.
- Promote the Innovation Lab and its accomplishments, both internally and externally, showcasing its successes and impact on the organization and the wider industry.
