Job Description


As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in leading all day-to-day activities to drive brand awareness, traffic, customer acquisition and loyalty, in line with the Global & Regional goals. You will drive Regional COS initiatives in order to grow the brand community across all digital and physical channels.

  • Global marketing localization & implementation by building customer communications and activations to drive footfall and convert customers
  • Work together with the Regional PR & Marketing Team to set goals and contribute to an efficient workflow
  • Support and develop the annual PR & Marketing strategy in line with business goals and secure the implementation
  • Regional yearly budget planning & management to monitor resources and optimise results
  • Project management from beginning to end with budget responsibility
  • Create and oversee the customer centric marketing strategy across our APAC stores
  • Define seasonal launch strategy for the region in collaboration with Area Teams and Ecommerce teams, developing a reasoned marketing strategy that is targeted to local markets and based on their business needs
  • Collaborate with the APAC regional team to define the marketing strategy for local markets
  • Support in the execution of 360 Brand campaigns and key selling moments in the commercial plan to drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and traffic
  • Monitor and analyse activities while taking the learnings to secure the business needs for the future
  • APAC Regional activation planning & execution
  • Ecommerce marketing support & channel alignment

  • Plan & deploy deliverables with clear regional priorities timeline in mind
  • Sensitive to budget & resources at all times to maximise outcome
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail are crucial
  • Great ability to work with others is a must
  • Maintain curiosity & sensitivity to local market climates and key consumer trends, especially in fashion
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with international teams
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, any additional Asian languages will be a bonus
