We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes meet the highest culinary standards. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and specifications.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and food safety guidelines are followed.
Oversee the daily mise en place and organization of your section, ensuring all ingredients are readily available for efficient service.
Monitor portion control and maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and special dishes.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
Ensure proper stock rotation and storage of ingredients to minimize waste.
Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies for your section.
Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Creative and passionate about culinary arts.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary: AED2,200.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
