Our corporate office located in Westwood, Los Angeles, is looking for an Accounting Assistant. No experience is necessary but would prefer someone who has knowledge and experience of assistant manager and other assigned clerical functions required to create and maintain accurate organized accounts.
Required Skills:
- Quick learner with good communication skills
- Speaks, writes, reads, and understands English
- High school graduate with previous office experience (preferred)
- Must possess competent computer skills, with windows-based experience (required)
- Willing to be trained on software package used by the Company
- Ability to work under pressure and meet our deadlines
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly, efficiently and creatively
- Ability to accurately and efficiently invoice and bill orders
