The ideal candidate for our Part Time Human Resource Coordinator position is outgoing, personable and able to build strong connections with others. This position will focus on supporting the colleagues and leaders within the hotel and requires someone who is a self-motivator and interested in growing within the Human Resources function. We are looking for someone who is people focused with a passion for service.

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will:

  • Support the HR function, which is comprised of an Area HR Director and two Area HR Managers who oversee Hyatt Regency La Jolla (CA) and Hyatt Centric Park City (UT)
  • Be the first point of contact for our 300+ colleagues between both properties
  • Plan and facilitate colleague relation activities
  • Assist with administrative functions of the division to include digital filing, compliance tracking, preparing paperwork, data entry, preparing hotel communication, etc.
  • Provide recruitment and onboarding support

This role is suited for someone who;

  • Is able to work 24 hours per week

Our office is based out of Hyatt Regency La Jolla. This is not a remote position.

The hourly rate for this position is $24.50
