Description:
Reporting to the Manager of the Engineering & Operations Design & Construction, and working with Engineering & Operations staff, consultants and contractors. The Safety Inspector's role is responsible to assume a lead role in the design of policies, programs, and procedures, to ensure that all employees and contractors are working in the safest manner and under the safest conditions possible. The Safety Inspector is highly trained in incident response; providing analytical services in carrying out thorough investigations, determining root causes, and culminating in recommendations designed to minimize the likelihood of any future reoccurrence.
