Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager, Learning & Development. This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of training programs within the company. The primary goal of this position is to ensure that employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job duties effectively. Responsibilities
Assist the Learning & Development Manager in creating and implementing training programs for local and regional offices.
Work with department managers to identify training needs and create training plans to address those needs.
Develop training materials, such as presentations, videos, and handouts, that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.
Manage e-learning platforms including training systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online training.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee development and training. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
5 years of experience in Learning & Development roles in large corporations.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems.
Less experience will be considered as a Sr HRO, Learning & Development.
