We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the retail industry, specifically in managing supermarts and brand stores. The candidate should be between the ages of 30 and 45, with a minimum education level of a Bachelor's degree or higher. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
- Monitor inventory levels, order merchandise as needed, and ensure proper stock management.
- Train, coach, and supervise branch staff to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other departments and branches to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in retail, particularly in managing supermarts and brand stores.
- Age between 30 and 45.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Sound knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and retail software.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
