Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laundry factory and logistics, including managing staff, scheduling production, and ensuring quality control standards are met.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize factory performance, increase efficiency, reduce waste, and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Manage the factory and logistics budget, including analyzing financial statements, preparing budgets, and controlling costs.
- Develop and implement detailed business operations plans to achieve business and financial results
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and support for the factory and logistics operations.
- Develop and implement a safety program to ensure the safety of all factory and logistics employees.
- Continuously monitor factory and logistics performance, including production rates, quality control, and efficiency, and implement corrective actions as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role in a similar environment, preferably in a laundry or manufacturing setting with logistics operations.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong financial management skills, with experience managing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and controlling costs.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to the laundry or manufacturing industry, as well as logistics regulations and requirements.
