Payment Specialist [Philippines]


 

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for the daily payment transaction processing ( fund in / out ).

- Ensuring all the payments are processed process accurately and in a timely manner.

- Monitoring balance and making sure there are enough funds.

- Correctly check balance and transactions before and after the end of the shift.

- Handover all pending tasks to the next shift.

- Ensuring that all proof of payments is correct.

- Maintain confidentiality matters.

- Handle all back-office ditties related to payments.

Qualification:

- With Encoder / Payment experience.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Good Communication Skills

- Willing to work in shifting the schedule

- Willing to work on Holidays

- Able to work under the pressure at any time.

- Speed, Accuracy, Attitude, Teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
