The CRM Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data and behaviors to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer engagement and satisfaction. The CRM Analyst will work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze customer data and engagement from various sources to optimize camps performance
  • Develop customer segmentation models to identify target audiences for optimum targeting
  • Monitor customer behavior trends and identify opportunities for improving engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Use data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and own A/B testing plan to improve the performance WoW

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, statistics, or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, Power BI.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
