Duties
- You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions over the phone and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and empathize with customers.
- Diagnose and solve the customers’ problems via phone, email, chat.
- Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email with our customers
- Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
- Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
Your commitment
- Fluency in English, spoken and written communication
- Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Personal integrity and conscientiousness
- Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals
- Team player
- Continuous learner
- Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google meets, Calendar, and so on)
- Have your own laptop
- Noise-canceling headset
- Spanish or another language is a plus!
