HR Assistant [Bahrain]


 

We urgently need an HR assistant who can start immediately. The ideal candidate must have previous experience as an HR assistant or coordinator in the hotel or restaurant industry only. Others please do not apply.

  • Well known about Bahrain labor law, visa and contract law
  • Experience in staff handling, queries attending, problem solving.
  • Maintain staff personal files and all admin related files.
  • Coordinate with PRO team for visa/CPR/medical.
  • Coordinate with transports and accommodation department for staff room.
  • Coordinate with all HODs,GMs about staff relate issues, staff transfer etc.
  • Make timely all contract and visa renewal data ready and coordinate with PRO team for the same.
  • Follow up with all selected candidate till they join.
  • Coordinate with accommodation and transportations department for all new joiner's airport pick up, staff room
  • Do the onboarding process, provide name badge, uniforms etc
  • Issues offer letters, contract, visa, warning letters etc
  • Coordinate with medical insurance for timely renewal and addition and deletion.
  • Keep track of all staffs related documents/papers.
  • Keep track of staff FNF.
  • Prepare staff FNF and coordinate with accounts team.
  • Send new joiners, staffs transfer, staff birthdays and other staff related emails to concern department.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: BD150.000 - BD200.000 per month
