eCustom Solutions is seeking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by talking to the customers and by gathering important documents.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Calling outbound customers who have indicated an interest in our services.
- Handling inbound calls and customer inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers
- Provide accurate and concise information about our legal services
- Organizing and maintaining a secure database
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the gathered information
- Collaborating with the legal team to provide support as needed
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written/spoken English and Spanish
- Must have sales or legal background
- Strong empathy and ability to connect with clients on all level
- Has background in Customer service
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Rate: USD $5/ Hour
Technical Requirements
· Personal Computer running windows 10/11
· Hardwired connection from the computer to the modem (Must be Ethernet, NO WIFI)
· USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless or 3.5mm will NOT WORK)
· Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher are required
