- Recruitment of Agents and Information center staff to assist in marketing activities.
- Identify possible marketing approaches to improve our marketing strategy.
- Monitor competitors' marketing activity and makes a report out of it.
- Implement Plans and Program of Marketing Department in their respective areas.
- Hold regular meetings with recruit agents to monitor their respective sales.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve the organization's objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
