  • eporting to the Program Director, the Quality Manager will have overall responsibility for the quality management systems of the Group and the divisions. I
  • t is expected that the Quality Manager will be a technical leader in the field, fostering proactive, positive behaviours. T
  • he Quality Manager will also exhibit broader leadership, actively engage with internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels and be recognized as a significant authority for QA/QC matters. T
  • he Quality Manager will be expected to generate ideas in the areas of safety, health, environment and quality that will enhance the reputation and improve the group's business. D
  • evelop QA/QC strategies and prepare QA/QC documentation, including flow diagrams, process maps and procedures. A
  • ct as an internal focal point and subject matter expert for all quality-related matters within the assignment. S
  • upport the implementation of the relevant standards. P
  • rovide insight to clients that they value to support improving the client’s quality culture and enhancing the policy. G
  • uided by the project manager and with the division managers, shall manage the preparation and maintenance of procedures and manuals covering all the group business aspects. R
  • esponsible for process improvement for the business processes related to project planning, project control, communication management, and risk. C
  • oach and train employees in quality management and control procedures. Support program manager in Identifying and mitigating project risks. I
  • f required, support the use of digitization strategy for project control process software systems and tools. D
  • evelop document management system configuration documents and protocols. I
  • nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these. requirements while employed by Hill. P
  • erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

  • achelor's degree in Engineering/Management from an accredited university in KSA. 1
  • 0+ years, including being a Quality Specialist/Consultant with large projects. E
  • xperience and familiarity with the cultural aspects of project management within the Kingdom. E
  • xtensive knowledge of quality principles/tools and their applications to engineering, environment, procurement, construction, testing, operations or decommissioning. K
  • nowledge of applying reconciled corrective actions to cases of non-conformity. K
  • nowledge of organizational requirements and functional specializations that affect the quality plan program. P
  • ossess popular and editorial communication skills. T
  • he skill of providing guidance to individuals and training them on the job. S
  • kill in managing financial performance. F
  • amiliarity with the use of computer applications and programs. T
