1. Experience in Warehouse Management and goods movement systems such as FIFO, LIFO etc.
2. Good Computer skills, specially on MS Office (Software applications) and MM module software.
3. Maintaining and reviewing inventory, physical receiving of material, quantity verification as per invoice, GRN, storing, and Purchase Return Items.
4. Hands on experience in maintaining stock/ Inventory Audit/ MIS in Excel Format.
5. Track and monitor inventory and develop processes to maximize efficiency.
6. Invoice and purchase order reconciliation.
7. Purchase request/ Purchase Order creation in system and record maintenance.
8. Follow up with vendors and tracking for the delivery of materials/return or replacement of faulty or unacceptable material.
9. Setting up of Re-Order level (ROL) for regular stock and maintenance.
10. Communication of regular updates and reports on purchase requests and stock availability and shortage of regular products to the management.
11. Experience of RGP (Returnable gate pass) and NRGP (Non- returnable gate pass) process for the procured material.
12. As runner for local purchases in the local market.
13. Communication and Co-ordination with all the departments for documentation.
14. Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
