We’d love to see:
- 2+ years prior work experience in an administrative, business, law firm, or other professional setting with exposure to legal work
- Bachelor’s degree/ tertiary education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to assist with producing high-quality documents.
- Outstanding organizational and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Excellent read and comprehension skills.
Impact You'll Make:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting standard contract documents; preparing/organizing documents throughout the contract management lifecycle
- Maintain all legal documents and file management systems, including responsibility for saving and storing all executed agreements and correspondence
- Serve as liaison between internal and external customers and various stakeholders including finance, compliance, and operations to streamline contract negotiation and increase sales lifecycle
- Coordinate and support periodic reviews and audits of contracts, correspondence, customer inquiries, and other internal inquiries
- Serve as point of contact for business and contract lifecycle management processes by providing clarification to internal customers and business partners
- Review and redline contracts in accordance with TransUnion policies to ensure compliance and mitigate business and legal risk
- Ensure relevant documentation accompany contracts and maintain digital and hard copies of such documents as needed
- Identify potential risks to contract changes
