Position Summary
Mainly responsible for logistics management and purchasing order management, daily communication
with internal supply chain and external vendors on RFQ, purchasing contract implementation,
import/export, warehouse, inventory, etc. Also take the role of office admin.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, logistics, Marketing, Business Administration or related.
Skills/Experience Requested
- Perform vendor's accreditation based on company policy, file all relevant documents, and get
- Work with engineer to send RFQ and get quotes from vendor.
- Compare quotations from different vendors and make analysis.
- Set up material cost in ERP system.
- Make purchasing plan based on Sales FCST/Order Requirement/Project Progress.
- Issue PO/Contract to vendor and record in ERP system timely.
- Follow up production progress with vendor and update delivery schedule to relevant coworkers,
- Implement Label & Packing standard requirements with vendor and warehouse.
- Work with local forwarder to arrange shipment from local vendors to Beijing warehouse.
- Work with import agent to make customs clearance for orders imported from US.
- Work with warehouse staff to check each shipment delivered to warehouse to make sure all
- Act Goods receiving & Goods issuing correctly and timely in ERP system to reflect actual
- Prepare shipping documents and work with forwarder to export goods to oversea customers.
- Work with 3rd party accounting firm to get VAT invoice from vendor based on customs policy to
- Take care of customer complaints about delivery.
- Manage payment to vendors based on terms of PO.
- Work with warehouse to perform regular stock counting and submit reports.
- Prepare bidding documents with engineer, sales manager and other team members for capital

- Regular reporting to HQ as requested.
- Work with other team members to prepare materials for marketing events.
- Liaison with landlord on property management, cleaning, water, electricity, etc.
- Office and warehouse daily supply.
- Liaison with IT from HQ to ensure the necessary support got for daily operation for Beijing office.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, logistics, Marketing, Business Administration or related.
Skills/Experience Requested
- 2+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics or order management in MNC in industrial
- Knowledge of purchasing and selling processes; import/export policies and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated working attitude expected.
- Proactive teamwork spirit.
- Must be PC proficient with Windows and networked systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- ERP Experience, SF and Kingdee would be a plus.
- Cross scope and function back up to other associates in a small organization
