Under this framework, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Data Replication Platform Engineer to become part of our dynamic Consulting team in Athens. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to help clients transform their technology platforms and business operations. Partnering with some of the world’s largest organizations, you’ll help COO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s and their teams realize their ambitions – from improving financial performance to accelerating speed to market and delivering continuous innovation.

Your role as a Data Replication Platform Engineer will focus on the delivery of client projects, by understanding objectives and aligning your own work. You will team with others across businesses and borders to achieve project results. You will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth and you will share knowledge and experience with others.
During your tenure as a Data Replication Platform Engineer, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
- Design and build data analytics solutions on cloud and on-premise
- Administer platforms and custom solutions to manage Data Replication and Data Synchronization between on-premise and cloud environments
- Design and develop system integration methods with APIs and CLIs
- Work with large relational databases and big data platforms on data management platforms development and optimization
- Produce a high-quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience
- Use an analytical, data-driven approach to drive a deep understanding of fast-changing business.
- Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instill confidence in clients
- Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving
Technologies you will work with include but are not limited to: Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Airflow, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, Git, Jira, Oracle Golden Gate.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or other related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience would be an asset
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Big Data principles and Database and Big Data Technologies
- Experience in Scheduling and Orchestration solutions, such as Control-M and Airflow.
- Good command of SQL, Stored Procedures and ETL flows
- Experience with Qlik Compose / Replicate and Oracle Golden Gate solutions will be considered a plus
- Experience with Azure data services or AWS data Services and ETL tools (e.g., MS SSIS, Oracle Data Integrator etc.) will be considered a plus
- Experience in DevOps methodologies for Data. Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps will be considered a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills in Greek and in English
- Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
