Job Description:- Executive Assistant/ Office Manager

Our consultancy grants brands access to the highest level of e-commerce expertise to scale and convert more shoppers with improved content, advertising, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Office administration:
Responsible for maintaining the office, including ordering supplies, answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling other administrative duties as needed.
Responsible to administer tasks towards Employee and Dependants liaising with local UAE govt ministries for licensing and Visa issuance and renewals
Managing the CEO's schedule and appointments: The candidate must have excellent organizational skills to manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure that the CEO is on time for all meetings.
Coordinating travel arrangements: Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and car rentals.
Handling correspondence: Will be responsible for handling the CEO's incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone calls. They must be able to compose and proofread correspondence and ensure that all communications are accurate and timely.
Assisting with meetings: Shall be capable of setting up and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
Confidentiality: Candidate must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times, as they will have access to sensitive information.
The Office Manager Executive Assistant to CEO role is a critical one for ensuring the smooth operation of the office & the CEO’s agenda. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. They must also be able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in an office environment or administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and after working hours
Discretion and confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
