Your responsibilities and tasks:



Joining our office in Søborg, you will be welcomed into our Service Team. As competence center for service solutions for drying technologies, we ensure strong technical day-to-day support to our local service organizations across the world, enabling them to sell and deliver our complete range of services for spray drying technology solutions to our customers.

Specifically, you will join a team of 6 project managers, with whom you will work together with sales and execution of our service projects. You will also assist in our business development activities, where the tasks will range widely, from training of our service colleagues across the globe, to development of our service product portfolio in collaboration with product managers.

Run service projects for our global drying installations

As our new project manager, you will be responsible for both smaller ad-hoc tasks and bigger projects lasting for a couple of months, giving you a varied workday. We work with a wide variety of technologies, so we always utilize specialized knowledge both within our team and from our product managers to ensure optimal solutions and customer support.


You will be working closely with our local offices around the world as well as directly with our vendors and customers. Specifically, you will be:

  • Handling inquires for technical solutions and support via our Global CRM system – including projects for equipment upgrades, installation of standard upgrade products and mechanical solutions that support the customers operation
  • Working with sales planning and follow up on tenders and customers for specific markets or technologies
  • Support the conversion of tenders to orders/projects and ensure the delivery of the scope
  • Provide 2nd level support to our GEA offices worldwide on various technical and service product related issues
  • Supporting the development of competencies at our local offices, e.g. ensuring the communication of product information and assisting with the development of product sales materials
  • Travelling 40 to 60 days a year to visit local offices, vendors, and customers to assess their needs, provide sales support, project implementation etc.

Your profile and qualifications:



Project manager with commercial and technological flair

With a motivation for working in the intersection between sales, service, support, and technology, you understand the end-to-end customer and product journey. Further, your ability to keep the overview as well as a keen eye on details makes you able to scope and drive projects effortlessly, while also managing to tick off smaller tasks along the way.

You also thrive when working in an international setting where you can utilize your people and communication skills and curiosity towards other cultures.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have project management skills, as well as a technical background
  • Speak and write English fluently, and preferably also Danish language skills
  • Have experience working with support and service – preferable from an international setting
  • Are able to travel globally up to 60 days a year (under normal circumstances)
  • Are an active part in improving and developing the service business
