Admin Assistant ($2k to $2.5k)
Your will perform the following tasks:-
- Attend to all incoming calls, mails, visitors, and delivery matters
- Handle data entries for mediclaims / bank statements for clients
- Scanning of documents/photocopying/payroll
- Look after office admin such as copier, paper, stationaries, water, pantry...etc
- Submit documents/cheque to bank as and when required
Requirements:
- Min Dip in office admin or equivalent
- 2 years experience in handling office admin & data entries experience
- Good in numbers and communication skills
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday
- Near City Hall MRT station
- Immediate available
