Admin Assistant [Singapore]


 

Admin Assistant ($2k to $2.5k)
Your will perform the following tasks:-

  • Attend to all incoming calls, mails, visitors, and delivery matters
  • Handle data entries for mediclaims / bank statements for clients
  • Scanning of documents/photocopying/payroll
  • Look after office admin such as copier, paper, stationaries, water, pantry...etc
  • Submit documents/cheque to bank as and when required

Requirements:

  • Min Dip in office admin or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in handling office admin & data entries experience
  • Good in numbers and communication skills
  • Working hours: 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday
  • Near City Hall MRT station
  • Immediate available
