Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible & Develop Trade marketing strategy and Channel strategy for online channels by working with Product Management and other related internal / external team by analyzing market trends and consumer insight.
- Responsible & develop and execute global plans for Online market to meet company objectives by defining strategies & product management; implementing marketing plans, promotions plan, and budget management. Analysis of sales trends and others by using innovative marketing strategies to achieve sales targets & market share.
- Contribute/respond to set up Go-to-market strategy and responsible on perfectly implementing the strategy by collaborating with both internal related teams and Channel partners by understanding natures of consumers, products, trade, and competitors.
- Monitor Online market trend and report competitor price/promotion and benchmarking analysis.
- Understand channel complexity and propose appropriate sellout / promotions to increase sellout in online channel.
- Propose, implement, track and evaluate sell-out activities to measure effectiveness, report sellout analysis, and recommend improvement to stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management, direct supervisor.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- 5-10 years’ experience in trade marketing, product marketing, account management background with a leading consumer products or FMCG companies
- Proven track record with high volume & reputed companies are must and experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining trade marketing strategies
- Requried the ability to manage multiple tasks by managing team's workload and bring right support from other team / management. Requried to creating great collaboration / consolidation environment under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
- Must understand Online market mechanism, online industry trend and understanding of online technologies
- Be Self-motivation / self-discipline with a high degree of initiative and result-oriented
- Full flexibility of thinking and work style. Be able to accept dynamic of company and need to adopt him/herself into company direction
- Good command of English and Presentation skills in both Thai and English (Be able to use English at work, English presentation)
