RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Meet security and job prospects
· Be punctual and on time attendances in office and in area
· Assist the Marketing Executives in daily tasks.
· Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through filing.
· Procure consumables, Collecting Quotations, inviting vendors for the office maintenance.
· Communicate professionally and courteously with seniors and co-workers.
Requirement:
· Qualification must be Intermediate/ B.A
· Have good verbal communication skills
· Familiarity with Lahore Areas
· Have driving license
