Channel Relations Assistant [United Arab Emirates]


 

Job Description:

- Identify, acquire and nurture corporate real estate brokers. Create and implement new strategies for business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

- Maintaining a dynamic relationship with the existing brokers.

- Maintain a strong networking relationship with relevant decision-makers.

- Devising a product launch plan by providing them with the necessary support – Latest Inventory, Offers, Training, Site Visits and Event / Open House Coordination.

- Providing marketing collateral support to brokers (EDMs, Brochures, Roll-ups, Office Branding).

- Follow-up on Commissions / Resolving issues / Obtaining approvals on special propositions.

- Training on agent’s portal.

- Creating Marketing Strategy Plans for Mall Stands - Maintaining the logs.

- Partnership Program - Meeting brokers, analysing their market potential, and placing them strategically in the Program.

- Processing Partnership, Unity Payments, Bonuses & Gold vouchers.

- Maintaining sales and cost reports for the said tasks.

- Compiling Leads Report Data.

- Creating Log reports for Agent Tele-sales Team.

- Query Management – Responding to Agent Commissions and Registration queries.

- Competition Analysis Report – Top Brokers, Commission Structures, Payment Plans, Additional Offers etc.

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Real Estate

- Background in Real Estate company is a must

- Fluency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
