Babcock New Zealand is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Early Careers team based in Devonport.


This is a 12-month Maternity Cover Contract.


About the role


The purpose of this role is to provide coordination for a range of Babcock Learning & Development initiatives across Australasia, supporting the wider team and business to ensure training is delivered, maintained as per required standards and strategies.


Key responsibilities


  • End-to-end Learning and Development (L&D) Administration for programs run internally and externally
    • Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, MS-Excel
  • Management and End-user support for LinkedIn Learning Solution for employees
  • Reporting & Tracking of L&D activities and training programs
  • Budget & Supplier Management
  • Training Evaluation

About you\


You will ideally have worked in a similar role, preferably from a large matrix organisation or educational institute.


You will also ideally have a relevant qualification and/or experience working in Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organisational Development.

  • Continuous improvement mindset - identifies change opportunities and always looks for better ways of doing things.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems and/or Talent Management software would be highly regarded
