Job Description
The Material Handler performs all shipping, material movement and receiving duties and confirms inventory levels.
Must be able to work in warehouse conditions with long periods of standing, climbing, bending, walking and reaching in wide temperature ranges. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to operate material handling equipment.
Overtime may be required.
The work is fast paced and must be able to work under pressure. Must be efficient in a diverse range of job functions.
Work hours are from 7AM to 3:30PM.
Pay Rate: $16.50/Hr.
Big Picture Skills:
Experience entering data into WMS or data entry/typing
Must be able to work in warehouse conditions with long periods of standing, climbing, bending, walking, and reaching in wide temperature ranges.
Proficient in computers with Windows OS environment
What You’ll Be Doing:
Use material handling equipment such as a floor jack, hand truck, order picker, and forklift.
Checks PO #s against incoming products to ensure correct items and # were received.
Check package weights and prepares carrier documentation.
May have to move finished goods from manufacturing to distribution storage rooms.
Receives and processes product from manufacturing or suppliers.
Ensures parts are properly identified and labeled.
Stocks product after approval for use in a manner to maintain 5S, inventory accuracy and safety.
Know the ins and outs of inventory and assist in 5S audits.
Processes all required paperwork to ensure the material transactions occur.
Maximize accuracy, minimize errors and increase inventory accuracy of all parts processed.
Comply with all GMP, ISO and FDA regulations for all warehouse activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Operate material handling equipment.
At Least 2+ years of experience in an industrial warehouse environment.
Shipping and/or receiving experience.
Computer knowledge and experience with data entry

RF scanner or any type of scanner usage exp.
Good communication skills
Multitasking – being able to adapt to task changes
Some receiving and shipping exp.
You should be proficient in:

- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Salary info:
