We have a full-time HYBRID MEDICAL SCHEDULING ASSOCIATE opportunity available for an experienced call center, customer service via phone, or receptionist candidate. Our HYBRID Scheduling Associates are responsible for scheduling patients for multiple practices in a call center environment. This position requires patience, positivity, and productivity.
A successful candidate for MEDICAL SCHEDULING ASSOCIATE has the following:
- Proven experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
- A high school diploma, (some college is excellent!)
- A committed work history that shows longevity and growth
- Experience in a fast-paced call center, customer service, or office environment (healthcare or medical office preferred, but not required). Please note there are no outbound cold calls
- Experience with patient intake and appointment scheduling preferred
- Familiarly with computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly (Electronic health record experience preferred)
- Proven work history of EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE, including professional references and completion of a background check.
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish is preferred, but not required.
- An interest in self education and career growth. This is not a job; it is a healthcare career.
