Job Title: Quality Controller
Summary:
The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that all garments produced meet the required quality standards. This includes inspecting the fabric, patterns, and garments at various stages of production, as well as conducting audits and corrective action. The Quality Controller must have a strong understanding of garment manufacturing and quality control principles.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect fabric, patterns, and garments at various stages of production to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.
- Conduct audits of the garment manufacturing process to identify and correct any quality issues.
- Implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
- Maintain records of all quality inspections and audits.
- Communicate with the production team to ensure that they are aware of the required quality standards.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously improve the quality control process.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in garment manufacturing or quality control.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing and quality control principles.
