Job Title: Safety Officer - Admin Safety & Security
Location: Libis: G/F Terra Tower, Bridgetowne Libis, Quezon City
Work Arrangements: Work on site
Salary:
- Php 30,000 – Php 40,000
Job Responsibilities
- Report to the Company Group Manager/General Manager to ensure that Company OSH Plan is properly Implemented in their respective area of responsibility.
- Submit to the Company Group Manager/General Manager a report of the activities of the committee, including recommendations made.
- Ensure that mandatory DOLE reports are submitted to DOLE Regional Office on a regular and timely basis.
- Ensure that DOLE COMPLIANCE are met and complied.
- Ensure that employees are aware of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs by conducting the 8 hours OSH awareness orientation
- Stop any operation or action that is judged an imminent hazard until the hazardous condition is rectified.
- Conducts health and safety inspection.
- Ensure that records of accidents/illnesses are complete and filed properly. Coordinates with the supervisor for their action to correct and eliminate identified hazards.
- Ensure that company Emergency Procedures such as Fire, Earthquake, and Bomb threat are communicated to employees.
- Provide assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspections, accident investigation or any other related programs
Qualifications
- Graduate of 4 years course
- Has a good communication skills in English both oral and written.
- Has Completed the training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health and Loss Control Management.
- Has 6 months - 1 year as Admin Officer
- Has at least 2 years experience as a Safety Officer.
- Knowledgeable in the Local Labor Laws.
- Bosh training and other related certifications

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
