Job Summary
Marketing assesses customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. This function implements the business strategy by developing and commercializing products and services and managing them throughout their full life cycles.
Product & Solutions Marketing defines marketing strategies and manages products and services throughout their life cycles to meet and exceed revenue and profitability objectives. This family identifies customer needs and conducts market research to inform marketing strategies and offerings. This family also defines pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.
职责:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the development & execution of the product marketing strategy of related product portfolios;
- Manage and implement new product launches and related marketing plans;
- Design and implement related marketing programs;
- Responsible for the forecasting, pricing, inventory management and business plans for respective products;
- Support sales team to identify regional opportunities and design associated programs to leverage BU platforms;
- Conduct market research to analyze the strengths and pain points of products, and provide feasible solutions
- Develop sales training programs for the sales force and distributors and conduct the training;
- Maintain and manage good relationship with key clients;
- Cooperate with multi functions to implement the new
- Closely work multi function teams to achieve the business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above, 4+ years experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
- Good business acumen and market insight, have strategy thinking mind
- Good data analytical skills and presentation skills
- A good team player with strong communication skills
- Experience in marketing activity initiatives, creative thinking
- Can do things Independently with can do attitude and result-driven
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
