- Liaise with banks, financial institutions & Insurance companies
- Work with vehicle sales dept on finance & insurance packages
- Liaise with sales consultants
- Update auto finance & insurance system
- Monitor loan applications and follow-up with loan approval
- Handle customer cases relating to Motor Insurance
- Auto Finance & Insurance commission computation and payroll preparation
- Commission billings to banks, financial institutions & Insurance Company
- Generate month-end reports & ad-hoc reports for Management
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with relevant administrative experience, preferrably with Auto-Finance and Motor Insurance knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous and detailed oriented, especially when handling voluminous paperwork.
- Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
- Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
- Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
- Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
