Responsibilities
Assist the chefs with the below responsibilities and tasks
- Preparation & cooking of all menu items required for service
- Breakfast & Lunch service Monday-Friday
- Brunch only service Saturday-Sunday
- Ensuring HACCP system is followed, clean & hygienic work environment at all times
- Cleaning dishes, cups etc
The Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years experience in a similar role
- Hardworking, adaptable, responsible team player
Hours & Shifts
- Day time hours e.g.9-4 / 10-5
- Flexible shifts but must be available on Mondays and Fridays
- Required to work at least one weekend day

Salary: €11.50-€12.00 per hour
