The Position: We’re looking for a Operations Executive
Requirements:
- You have a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
- You’re able to communicate in English (Business English level preferred) as you will be working closely with headquarters in Singapore and workers from Myanmar
- You have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to exercise critical thinking
- Having prior experience in managing a team of service workers or cleaners is a plus!
- You are willing to work on-site, or have the ability to relocate to work in our Alabang Office (Office location may move to BGC in the next 12-24 months)
- Our standard working hours are from Monday-Friday 9am-6:30PM SGT, but because we service clients 7 days a week, you are expected to be contactable all days of the week from 7am-9pm SGT in case operational issues arise
- Basic Salary: Php 27,000 with an Operations allowance of Php 3,000 with a total of Php 30,000.00
Responsibilities:
- You will work with operations supervisors to ensure the smooth running of operations
- You will work closely with the customer service team to resolve escalated client issues
- You will also need to resolve escalated worker issues that your operations supervisors are unable to handle
- You will be conducting frequent checks to ensure that operational processes are being followed by operations supervisors under you
- You will work closely with the sales department to provide operations input on large tender quotations
- You will work closely with HR to ensure that there are sufficient workers to fulfill all cleaning contracts in your sector at any given time
- You will work with the Operations Manager to improve work processes, and grow the business
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
