German Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Athens
Your Skillset
- Native level in German and at least C1 level in English
- Experience engaging with customers in the German market and developing opportunities in new accounts
- 2 years of experience as a B2B Sales Development Representative OR 1 year of experience as an ISR for IT solutions
- Experience engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy
- A university/college degree can demonstrate equivalent experience
Your Role
- In charge of both creating and acquiring new customers in a defined area.
- Responsible for the identification of new opportunities and driving the entire sales cycle across small and medium businesses.
- Actively create new business, by creating interest with new potential customers and early engagement with customers who have responded to marketing programs.
- Build customer confidence with remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior management levels of IT, Finance and Strategy, in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
- Develop end customer knowledge and capture customer contracts in the CRM system
- Communicating with customers, making cold outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on opportunities till deal closure
- Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase services
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
- Use strong story telling skills to help prospect see value in our products/services
- Collaborate with the appropriate teams within Salescode/program and ensure they are engaged and assigned as needed to specific opportunities and external resources (Partner) are actively communicating pipeline disposition.
- Ensure CRM tool is constantly up to date
- Leverage knowledge of opportunity progression to assist in accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting
