Senior Change Management Profile
We are looking for a senior change management profile to join VENZO Business Consulting. As the ideal senior change management profile, you eat change management methodologies for breakfast, and you are passionate about implementations and the human-centric approach to creating a successful adoption. We value if you can combine the professional advisory role with your own genuine personality, because we believe that the best outcomes are achieved when being authentic. On projects you will typically be the driver of change initiatives or programs and work with change strategy, stakeholder management, organizational analysis, communications, training and much more.
When applying for this role it is a must to have experience within:
- Change management practices, terms, and methodologies (preferably 5 years or more)
- Driving large implementation projects
- Leading and motivating project teams
- Stakeholder communication and management across several organizational levels
- Consulting in general
