Job Description


eCommerce Insights (eCI) is Nielsen Brandbank product performance tracking service, allowing suppliers to see how their brand’s essential KPIs are performing across retailer websites.

eCI provides detailed statistics on products, including how product pricing changes daily, how products perform against other brands in search results, and how large category coverage is with different retailers.

(eCI) Platform Administrators are provided with additional permissions across the platform, allowing supplier accounts to be created and maintained, as well as managing the products that are tracked through eCI for each supplier.

General Responsibilities

  • Daily work on a dedicated online platform. Performing daily matching (finding products in online stores across various countries)
  • Setting up and updating users' accounts, according to client requirements, managing users' accounts independently.
  • Performing other assigned tasks and maintenance (ie. searching product images for clients).
  • Guarantee of meeting deadlines and troubleshooting on time.

Requirements

  • Ability to work without guidance
  • Basic knowledge of the MS Office Package
  • Communicative level of English (speaking and writing)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under the time pressure
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to problem-solving (brainstorming)
  • Communication skills and personal culture
