PV Systems Business Administrator Associate [Italy]

Key requirements

  • Scientific degree

  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience as PV Systems Administrator
  • Previous experience in the use and management of PV Safety Database (preferred ARGUS) and of safety regulatory reports management Database (preferred Veeva)

  • Good knowledge (written and oral) of English language
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to pharmacovigilance
  • Ability to plan and prioritise multitask / multi-project workload
  • Ability to work in a matrix, remote organization, and international cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Database/Tools maintenance, configurations and updates according to current legislation
  • Provide users support and training, interaction with the concerned internal departments, Affiliates and Providers
  • Prepare of the relevant SOPs and WIs according to internal procedures and database/tools upgrade and evolution
  • Contribute to Issue and maintenance of the validation systems documents
  • Manage EMA tools and concerned users support
