Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Supervisor, Customer Accounts. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Experience, the Supervisor, Customer Accounts is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to support the delivery of annual business plans and support CHS’ strategic goals. This will involve managing customer accounts, financial and statistical reporting/analysis, and facilitate and lead data driven process improvements.
This is a permanent, full-time, non-unionized position working 35 hours per week. Standby evening and weekend work will also be required.
The ideal candidate will have a University degree in a relevant field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience), combined with 3-5 years’ not for profit experience within a unionized environment and an understanding of social entrepreneurship. Proven knowledge of the interpreting field including video remote interpreting services, along with supervisory experience, is also required.
We are also looking for an enthusiastic individual who has exceptional written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and is self-motivated to consistently maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and respond effectively to shifting priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet/website applications, and working with databases is essential.
