The 401k Advisor Line is looking for a motivated sales professional with a background in healthcare, financial services, or real estate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-growth environment and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. This individual will be responsible for generating appointments for our financial advisor/clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities by generating leads and converting them into bookings for our advisor clients
  • Identify and qualify businesses for 401k plan reviews/consultations
  • Follow up on leads and contact status
  • Set up appointments, follow-up on new business opportunities, and generate sales referrals
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal communication skills, both written and spoken, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, finance, or other related fields preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
