To help us continue building on our vision of making it easier to train employees on HR compliance , we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the EasyLlama team by owning the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the business operating efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage invoices/accounts payable
- Answer phone calls and provide some customer support
- Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
- Ad hoc tasks that may pop up in different departments
Who You Are:
- You have a high proficiency in the English language
- You have 5 years or more proven administrative experience
- You possess superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability are your super powers
- You have an aptitude to learn new software and systems
