Administrative Assistant
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Fulfil thr boring paper work
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Provide general support to our patients
- Assist with data entry
- Maintain contact lists
- Write and distribute email, correspondence, correspondence files, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists for referral sources and clients
- Liaise with the Medical Office to coordinate treatment for patients with ongoing medical issues
- Run errands, run errands, run errands… (and errands)
- Run errands (and errands) for our hygienists (and doctors) as needed (and not charged for)

Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or secretary preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of office management systems, procedures and equipment.

Part-time hours: 29 per week
