Admin Assistant [United Kingdom]


 

Administrative Assistant

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Fulfil thr boring paper work

  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Provide general support to our patients
  • Assist with data entry
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence, correspondence files, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists for referral sources and clients
  • Liaise with the Medical Office to coordinate treatment for patients with ongoing medical issues
  • Run errands, run errands, run errands… (and errands)
  • Run errands (and errands) for our hygienists (and doctors) as needed (and not charged for)

Experience:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or secretary preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of office management systems, procedures and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 29 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour
