The Partnership and Event specialist is the glue between the Partnership Managers and the internal Backoffice processes and systems. The main tasks are to make sure that all Partnership Events and other Partner campaigns are anchored within the DFDS systems and organisation.

Main Responsibilities and tasks
- Creating product combinations, product codes and testing the codes for partners and events.
- Close relationship with other departments within DFDS; like Revenue Management, Marketing, Contact center and the Global Sales organization.
- Maintain and update internal information system with campaigns and products.
- Make sure that landing pages, codes and partner campaigns is working and updated.
- Making sure that the Partnership inbox and the event inbox is answered
- Supporting the partnership managers when needed with creating campaigns in teams for new or existing partners and events.
- Handling of gift certificates (update product & offer codes, issue, and print gift certificates, create invoices and update templates)
- Brief the Marketing and Customer Care team about upcoming activities.
- Updating different systems and tools.
About you
- It would be a great benefit if you have been working in Customer Care or similar within DFDS.
- You are an Experienced Seabook user.
- You are independent, structured and have a good eye for details.
- You are interested in learning new tools and systems.
- You are ambitious, have drive and enthusiasm and thrive in a busy and dynamic everyday life.
- You have great communication skills and you are good at building relationships.
- You speak and write Norwegian (or Danish) fluently.
